NetSetup B.V. is committed to protecting your personal data. We only process information that is necessary for our activities, including communication with clients and partners, providing and supporting software services, administering agreements and operating our website securely.

We do not sell personal data or make it available to third parties for commercial advertising. This notice applies to our website and to direct business communication with Netsetup. This version is effective from 2 September 2026 and replaces previous versions.

• the content of your message and any attachments;
• information needed to prepare or perform an agreement.

We use this information to respond to your request, arrange meetings, provide support or carry out our work.

Technical and analytical data

When you visit our website, limited technical information may be processed to keep the website secure and understand its use. This can include browser and device information, pages visited, the date and time of a visit and an IP address in temporary server logs.

Website statistics are collected with Plausible without tracker cookies, advertising profiles or cross-site identification.

Our website does not use Google Analytics, Google Ads or advertising tracker cookies. We use:

• a functional session cookie required for the technical operation and security of the website;
• Plausible analytics to compile cookieless, aggregated website statistics.

Plausible is used without advertising profiles or cross-site tracking. You can remove the functional session cookie through your browser settings.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These measures include encrypted connections, access controls, monitoring and regular maintenance.
